EVA Foam Filled Fender/ Dock Polyurethane Floating Fender
Foam Filled Fenders are versatile, robust and suitable for almost all applications. It uses high elastic foaming EVA as buffer medium, spiral reinforcement in the middle and Polyurea coating at outside.
The EVA foam we use in the construction of our Foam Filled Fenders is the closed cell type. It is made from Ethylene Vinyl Acetate and blended copolymers. It has a high level of chemical cross linking. These foams are flexible and resilient making them ideal for fendering products. Importantly, the foams are also chemically inert and nonabsorbent making them suitable for use in marine environments.
