Feature of DF-SA Arch Fender:

1.  Features of high energy absorption and low counterforce.

In design of arch rubber fenders, ration between energy absorption and counterforce and height is the major indicator of product performance. DF-SA type has considerably greater energy absorption than common arch rubber fenders. In other words, by using DF-SA super-arch rubber fenders, you may have less height and save project cost.

2.  With higher stress dispersibility, the product has longer lifespan.

By analysis on body of the rubber fender with finite element method and thanks to DF-SA type’s special design, the rubber fender has improved considerably its stress concentration during its compression deformation so that DF-SA type has better durability than common arch rubber fenders.

3.  With shockproof plates at the front, it may reduce surface pressure.

DF-SA-B super-fender could have shockproof plates installed at its top to reduce greatly its surface pressure. Use of veneers reduces further its friction coefficient with boats and increases its adaptability to shear upon vessel berthing.

4.  A full rang and various installation methods.

DF-SA arch rubber fenders are of a full rang and wide application, especially suitable for building and reconstruction of docks and ports. It has two types:

DF-SA-A: without steel plates and top plates inside the head.

DF-SA-B: with steel plates in the head.

5.  Easy for replacement.

Since DF-SA dyna arch rubber fender has same bolthole distance with common one, it could replace the common one easily to get higher performance.

DF-SA-B fender is to install pre-built-in steel sheet in top part of DF-SA fender, it can be connected with face pad directly or connect with front panel coved with face panel, so as to reduce the friction coefficient between ships and fenders and prolong the fender service life. There are three structure forms; two bevel ends, two straight ends. One bevel end and one straight end.

DF-SA-C Type fender is produced by adoption of advanced material and procedure to cohere 20mm-30mm thickness UHMW pad directly to the fender which maintain DF-SA fender performance and reduce the friction coefficient of fender against ships and also reduce the project cost.
