I. Use and Features:
3-Ply polyethylene anticorrosion adhesive tape is a new anticorrosive adhesive tape wrapped under the cold condition, which is researched and developed by our company in the traditional basis of polyethylene anticorrosion tape according to European standard 12068. Substrate uses high or low density synthetic polyethylene rolling membranes (films), both sides of the rolling membranes are coated solvent-free butyl rubber adhesive using composite process of heat, and film coated repeatedly.
It can be widely used for outside anticorrosion project of the buried steel pipelines in petroleum, natural gas, chemicals, urban construction.And it have a well performance in the outside anticorrosion project about overhead metallic conduit.
The product has been identified by the independent world renowned ISO certified laboratary .

Compared to the product that is produced by the Solvent adhesive coating method, the product has the following characteristics:
(1) Layer thickness uniformity, great mobility, strong self-melting, strong adhesiveness, high sealing.
(2) Large combining force between Substrate and layer, and no degumming phenomenon in the store and the construction process
(3) 3-Ply structure, the butyl rubber adhesive on inner tapes has the high performance and can better fuse with the adhesive on outer tapes.
(4) Adhesion strengthening, cathodic disbandment resistance increasing. Sealing improving and small water vapor permeability.
(5) Raw materials of the products have high and stable insulation performance, resistance of the product increasing, shock resistance of the product raising.

III. Usage:
(1) Surface treatment of pipeline: Eliminates the rust, welding slag, burrs, oil, dirty and keep clean and dry.
(2) Coating primer: Using special Supporting prime. When used, far away from the fire, mixing well and coating evenly with a clean brush, roller or other mechanical means.
(3) When primer is dry ,it is usually 5-10 minutes(depending on ambient conditions) .Then the tape can be wrapped.
(4) Construction does not begin until this product is stored at about 20°C for 48 hours if it is sharp freeze below -10°C.
(5) The product in all kinds of sizes,we can manufacture according to your demands.
IV. Transport and storage:
(1) The product is protected from direct sunshine, rain and heavy object during transport.
(2) The product should be stored in the cool warehouse,temperature<75°C and away from heat and fire.
