Self-skinning foam plastics, also referred as integral skin foam plastics, can form a solid crust layer on the product surface by means of one-step moulding and form dermatoglyph patterns on the crust by burnt discharge on the moulding mould surface, with no need for other plastic materials for surface layer. The products are widely used in steering wheels, handrails, headrests, etc.
