Material of Rubber Dam
The rubber dam tube is made of strength canvas and rubber layer which ensure tightness of the rubber layers. The rubber layers encompass outer, middle and inner elements for different functions
Strength canvas
The outer layer is made of the special rubber material characterized by wear, sunlight, heat and ozone-resistance.
The middle layer is used for protection of canvas and for connection of 2 or more canvas with rubber layers
The inner layer is used for protection of canvas and it is characterized by watertight and airtight features.

Installation procedure of dam bags
1. Mark dam axes and centerline on the ground.
2. Properly locate bedplate and drill holes (for double anchorage dam bags);Mark centerline and anchorage line on bottom gaskets.
3. Adhere reinforcement sheet on each bottom gasket around orifices of water/air filling and draining pipes, pressure pipe and excess pressure overflow pipes in dam bags.
4. Properly adhere watertight foam (airtight fabric) on the bottom gasket.
5. Spread out dam and align centerline and anchorage line of dam bags with that on foundation bedplate.
6. Sequence of dam bag anchorage: For mound-type dam bags, start from lower reaches, then upper reaches and finally land walls; Install dam bags from centerline on bedplate and to both sides of the same time. For pillow style anchorage, install stop-ends at dam corner, then dam bags in upper and lower reaches.
7. Tighten and seal dam bags with anchorage structures.
8. Carry out test of rubber dam, inspect anchorage structures, pressure in air dam bags and appearance for deformation of dam bags.
