OPERATIONAL PROCESS

1. Preparation working

put the solvent road paint into paint barrel (8), put the paint backing tube (7) into paint barrel (8), stir the paint with tube for a while. Open the paint backing valve (6).

2. Working pressure

start the engine (2), after the starting, turn off working valve (4). After hydraulic pump(14) start to work for 10 seconds about, there will be liquid road paint flow out from paint backing tube, turn off the paint backing valve (6) , after the paint pump (14) work for a while, when the working pressure watch(3) indicate 10-15MPA are ok.

3. Pressure regulation

to regulate the working pressure, firstly, loosen the pressure regulator(5) on the clock going direction, secondly regulate the working pressure watch(3) on the counter-clockwise direction to 10-15MPA, the hydraulic pump (16) will stop working automatic.

4. Sprayer wide regulation

Loosen the regulation screw (10), move the sprayer (12) onto the required wide.

5. Paint sprayer

Open the paint valve (13), put the sprayer (12) on the right place are ready to mark

6. Abnormal marking

Dismount the tube connect to (13), change the 10 meters tube to connect to (13), with the sprayer, it could spray any markings want, such arrow, No, and else abnormal road marking.
