The 2-stage process silane cross-linked PE insulating compounds are made mainly from LDPE together with proper additive such as silane crosslinking agent,initiator,anti-oxidant and copper-resistant agent through mixing and granulation.It is consitituted by grafting component A and masterbatch of catalst B,and uniformly mixed in clean mixing equipment with the mixing ratio of A:B is 95:5.The mixture should be used in eight hours after mixing.Please do not ues A material when the package is broken.The polyethylene masterbatch(water content ≤200ppm)can be used in the processing.This material has good processing properties,simple process,conventient operation and excellent performance which are suitable for the low voltage cables up to 1KV as well as the overhead cables and control cables up to 10KV.
