Black XLPE Compound insulation material was made by mixture, plasticization and granulation with the low-density polyethylene as the basic resin, carbon black master batch, cross linking agent and other additives. It doesn’t contain harmful substances like heavy metal, and has excellent mechanical, electrical and heat aging properties with the stable technique as well as smooth surface. It is used as the insulation of aerial cable.

 Over a broad range of processing technique, YJW-35 can still provide excellent extrusion capacity and smooth surface. For optimum results, melt extrusion temperature in the range of 100 °Cto 120 °C are recommended. For further details, please contact our merchandiser.

Keep away from sunshine and rain during the transport, store in clean, dry and ventilated warehouse. The product may be stored for up to 6 months without opening at normal temperature.
