1. Heavy Duty Traverse Robot
l Main structure
The vertical arm is made of rigid aluminum alloy and guided in heavy-duty linear rails, high speed, high performance, less vibration and durable. Vertical axis with telescopic stroke for low overall height, high speed and stability, applied to production halls with low ceiling height.
l Gripping
Standby gripping for compressed air and take out signal, with 2 outlets for vacuum suction and gripping, used for taking out all kinds of products.
l Rotation gripper: able to rotate 90°to release finished products.
l Pneumatic parts are: CKD solenoid valve, TPC cylinder, and LEGRIS speed controller.
l Control system
Simple control system for easy operation, English and Chinese display are available, with 8 group of standard programs and 24 group of additional instruction programs able to connect to peripheral equipment such as: conveyor, transporter and other devices, modules for easy replacing and maintenance, capable of resisting disturbance.
l Automatic checking and displaying function faults, counter and timer are able to modify.
l Inverter and servo motor driven are available.
l With dynamic electric adjustment device, take out plastic parts from the mold quickly and place carefully outside of machines.
ARH heavy duty robots are used for taking out products and sprues from 100~2000 tons horizontal injection molding machines, with telescopic arms, and sub-arm are available for 3-plate molds. Vertical stroke: 1000/1100/1200/1300/1500/1700/1900/2200/2500, air cylinder driven. Traverse axis driven by inverter motor, and AC servo motor are available. Vertical axis and traverse axis are driven by air cylinder.
