1.This Mold Temperature Controller has been designed to maintain at a constant temperature the mould cavities, the hydraulic oil of the injection moulding machines, the extruder screws, the calibration heads, the cylinders and calenders of thermoforming lines. Water, oil and pressurized water models operate in a wide range of temperatures, form 20°C up to 250°C.

3.  Mold Temperature Controller applications:

A] Geared up for high-precision molding.  Monitors temperature with 0.1°C accuracy and 0.5°C precision.  Provides measuring range of 0.1%-1% digit.  Attains 0.25sec of sampling cycle.  New control algorithm to reduce transient overshoot.

B] Machine maintenance made easier.  XP series (non-contact relay) of heater control circuit to achieve more than 10 years of lifetime.  4P pump to offer a longer lifetime.  Corrosion-resistant piping system to prevent rusting and scaling.

C] Reduces heater on time by 8%.  *120 degree setting when using water  Higher control precision to improve operational efficiency.  Heater pump sizes optimized for better performance and less energy consumption.(Heat exchange effectiveness, which depends on the mold size in use, is not necessarily maximized by heater pump capacities. Bigger heater pump consume more electric power, and may increase utility costs.)

D] Automated control offers safer operational environment.  Non-fuse breaker with open-circuit voltage capability to secure safe operation environment.  XP series for heater control to achieve more than 10 years of lifetime(compared to contactor's average lifetime of 1 year).
