1.Description
Our plastic mixers are suitable for mixing of various plastic resins (PVC, PE, PP, and modified PTFE) with additives, auxiliary chemicals and fillers, dispersion, coloring, drying and homogenizing as well as for the removal of volatile components and drying of engineering plastics such as AVS and PC before processing. Working principle& structure:
The plastic mixing unit is made of heating mixer and cooling mixer. The plastic powder or particle firstly is mixed in the heating mixer. The mixing function is realized by the paddles inside. The temperature can reach 120 centi-degree because of self friction. After mixing in the heating mixer for several minutes, then the powder is discharged into cooling mixer. And the temperature can be reduced below 45 centi-degree.

we put our machines in wooden cases or polywood cases. If too crowded in container, we will wrap the machines with film and then put them in container.
