Equipment used for rotating a container to mix or homogenize powders or granulates inside the container.

The completion of this mixing or homogenization is realised through the combination of 3 factors :

the geometry of the container,the positioning of the container on the plate according to a particular angle versus rotation axis, the rotation of the container at a precise speed.

1 frame protecting rotation engine and electrical board

(frame fixed by 4 anchoring bolts)

1 plate for container positioning with :

         4 guides for container positioning

4 manuel clamping devices including a torque limiter with clamping detection

1 small control panel (located outside the mixing area) including :

         1 On/Off indicator

         1 emergency stop

         1 small PLC screen/keyboard enabling equipment control

         by programming an action time and a speed of rotation
