Homogeneous Drying: The material inside will be kept in a moving status. By passing through multilayers, materials will be turned over four times. The customer’s space and expenditure are saved.No crack on pills and pill color remains uniform after drying. the multilayers provide much longer length for drying and cooling. So pills can pass through layers with a wider range of speed. This is critical in finding the best condition (time of pills in the machine and the corresponding microwave power) for drying pills.Time saving. By passing through longer distance in the cooling layers, temperature of pills will drop much quicker comparing with cooling at room temperature. This will save time for the next bottling process.

1.Safty

Microwave suppressers are installed at the inlet and outlet of the machine. Windows for monitoring and cleaning are made of double decker anti radiation material. These safty guards control microwave radition level less than 5mw/cm2Microwave detection and warning devices are installed at the machine.Independent control desk is equipped with PLC and operators can remote control more than one machine and keep them in normal working conditionsThe equipment is installed with Malfunction alarm and microwave working condition can by displayed.

2.Quality

We are the first to install the magnetrons at the top of the interior of the case. Comparing with the machine with magnetrons installed at the side face, this design make the the heating efficiency and heat distribution much higher.Pills are fed through an electric vibration hopper. By passing through this device, pills will be evenly distriuted on the conveyer. A pressure detection device is installed at the hopper to prevent from overloading.The movment of Dryer Belts is led by a special transmission shaft. This design prevents the belts from deviation.Magnetrons and oil immersed transformers are cooled by circulating cold water which then will go for cooling the transformer oil. This design can guarantee the temperature of magnetrons and transformers less than 60 degree Celsius and life span more than 4000 hours.Independent humidity discharing system is installed to make sure no water drop formed during dehydration process.Air intake and air discharge is independent from the air of working room and can remove the remaining heat of magnetron and transformers very soon. This is critical in pills cooling. Pills temperature is close to room temperature after drying. Furthermore, the color is uniform and no cracks on the surface.A special transducer is used to prevent machine from empty running.America Far IR device is used to detect the temperature of pills after drying.Machine case is double decker and has a good heat isolation. The temperature of case exterior surface is less than 40 degree Celsius.
