1. OperationPrinciple

WF series fine powder classifier machine is composed by upper chamber, airseparator, lower chamber, classifier wheel, discharging nozzles etc. Rawmaterials are feed from the slide nozzle on the feeder into classifier. Thencoarse particles will drop back to the chamber while fine ones will move up toclassifier wheel, with the centrifugal force, a part of the coarse particleswill be discharged by fine product nozzle, and coarse ones will be dischargedby discharging gate at the bottom of chamber.

Wide classification range, highclassification accuracy, highclassification efficiency, simple structure design, and small area-occupying.It can work with mechanical mills or jet mills to process a close-loopoperation. So as increase the capacity. Raw materials with heat-sensitivefeature and low melting point are allowed to be milled in mechanical mill withthe close-loop operation.
