USE:ACP(aluminum coposite panels) GRADE:The fire rating of this material has reached flame retardant B1 grade.
With high quality brucite as raw material, we are manufacturing good-quality special material with stable performance for aluminum plastic plate. At present we have cooperated with chief domestic aluminum plastic plate manufacturers. The produced fireproof aluminum plastic plate meets the requirements of GB8624-1997,US ASTM-E84,UK BS476 and Deutschland DIN4202-1 at the same time.
The product is made by first adding to its main ingredient polyethylene with environmentally begin flame retardant, second processing the surface of the above mixture in refining composite treatment with continuous activation equipment, then adding flame retardant synergist and other synergist into the processed mixture and at last extruding the fully mixed and plasticized mixture into particles. The material possesses excellent fire-retardnt smoke-suppressant performance and char-formation anti-dripping performance, as well as favorable mechanical performance and extruding processing performance.
