The main engine adopt exciting adjustable speed motor,it can achieve the infinitely variable control at the speed of 20-150 per minute,its application is very convenient , and the production amount can be designed according to the production plan. When finishing ,it stop feeding automatically .and no manpower is needed. The YOULI rubber mat, which is produced in TaiWan is furnished on the machine and its installation and exchanging is very quick and convenient, die cutting edge is flattening and smooth, durable and prolonged. Coordinating paperfeeding pneumatic automatic fluctuation platen roller and YOULI rubber roller are under the situation of no die cutting (Paper feeding  platen roller is first , when the paper feeding is stopped , the platen roller is last , in this way it can make every piece of paper die cutting exactly, )it can be released automatically in order to lighten the load when it si at the situation of no-load, prolong the using life of the steel-rule die and rubber gasket. The machine is equipped with rubber gasket correction unit, which can make the mid-high-low level rubber gasket be revisedfor 3-4 times, in this way it can prolong the using life of the rubber gasket. by adopting unique synchronizer device, whatever how changeable the diametre of the rubber roller is , the velocity error compensating unit can make the surface linear velocity between th erubber roller and the plate roller completely synchronously, then ensures every batch of paper boxes have the same size. The machine rubber roller has the function of repeated cyclic moving in the lateral way, if moving 60mm,the differential unit is eauipped on the circumferential direction, and then make every cuting edge in the same position(which can circulate infinitely).the formation of the phase adjusting planet-gear, electric digital displaying, 360adjusting way is convenient and quickly. All the driving gear adopting the high quality alloy steel , after being heat -treated and grinding the surface the surface of the gear, then the rokwell hardness is over420, The spray-type lubricating oil supplying system is adopted by the gear driving unit, which can make gear no abrasion and work after working for a long time, thus ensuring the precision of the machine.Pubber gasket roller and platen roller are all of high quality steel, there will be chromiumplated on the surface after being grinded.
