Magnetic separating process :
First, use jaw crusher to crush first, and then the crushed ore enter the ball mill via electric vibrating feeder, the ball mill and the spiral classifier will form a closed circuit, the large size will return to the ball mill for regrinding, the spiral classifier is used to classify. And then use the magnetic separator for coarse separating and fine separating.
Magnetic separating process adopt magnetic intensity 400-1200GS, the rotary speed of the magntic roller is 60-320r/min.after dewatering from the wet materials, it is fnished iron powder. The ore which is Fe content 35% can be improve to above 68% after wet magnetic separating process.
