Double decks vibrating screen JFY-SC852ZL.It is design and manufacturer by our own technical. This equipment suitable for small capacity HDD(Horizontal Directional Drilling),it can be do 2 times treatment to the drilling mud.The up screen is scalper screen, rough process to the mud. The underflow screen is fine screen,fine processing to the mud. The principle is underflow screen instead of desand and desilter,treating the mud solids size below 74μm. The shale shaker can be adjust the angle(-1-5) to prevent the mud run,and the mud keep longer time on the shale shaker. The underflow screen’s assemble and dismantle can’t effect the up screen(the underflow screen may assemble or dismantle from front and back). The shale shaker will saving a part of cost for purchasing desander and desilter.
