Tuyere Stock Assembly for Blast Furnace,long life,Good sealing effects and no blast leakage,Out shell temperature is low.

Tuyere Stock Assembly for Blast Furnace has the following 3 characteristics:

1.1 Good sealing effects and no blast leakage

a) Multi sealing is adopted. Soft sealing material and metallic sealing cushion are adopted in flange interface position.

b) The refractory design is optimized as per physical principle to realize local pressure reduction in flange interface position.

c) Process guarantees the reliability of sealing. The test pressure is 1.5 times of design pressure.

Due to adoption of the above measures, the products can guarantee no blast leakage.

1.2 Out shell temperature is low. This can improve working environment, reduce heat loss and improves safety coefficient.

   

The process is as follows:

a) As per physics principle, a lot of research has been done on the heat transmission mode: conduction, convection and radioactivity to minimize conduction, convection and radioactivity heat.

b) As per the BF design blast temperature, blast temperature and oxygen enrichment, the refractory formulation is properly adjusted.

1.3 Long campaign life

Due to good sealing effects and low outer shell temperature, the tuyere stock assembly has longer life.

a)      Working pressure: 0.45Mpa

b)      Working temperature: 1250-1300

c)      Blowing in branch steel shell average temperature: ≤250

d)      Compensator expansion bellow temperature: 50-120

e)      Angle direction compensation: ±3°

f)        Radial compensation: ±10mm

g)      Coal dust Injection lance, head into the tuyere front end: 200mm

h)      Internally applied refractory normal operation life: > 2 years

2.2       Refractory: Specialized refractory

a)      Castable bending strength (1350 x 3 h, after-burning):  7.8-8Mpa

b)      Compressive strength (1350 x 3 h, after-burning): 28Mpa

c)      Linear change: 0.01-0.1%

d)      Main chemical composition: Al2O3≥75%

e)      Design maximum working temperature: 1700

f)        Expansion bellow material: SUS316L

g)      Expansion bellow flow guide sleeve: 1Cr18Ni9Ti

h)      Blow in pipe: 20G

i)        Blow in pipe cap: 1Cr25Ni20Si2 (after finish processing the roughcast, the surface roughness reaches 0.8 µm. The spherical surface dimension meets the tuyere spherical surface dimension).

j)        Other pipe: 20G
