Parison control: from MOOG, 10, 30, 50 points can be choice4. Extrusion system: With special changing rhombic mixing screw to mixed resin homogeneously, 5. Speed adjustment system: Screw is drove by hydraulic motor to achieve non-step speed adjustment. Linear sensor make it much more precise in extrusion.6. Platen claming system: Moving platen with special ball linear rail to achieve high location, non shape-off, and high load-bearing capacity. Two-bar timing clamping system achieves high speed and high force clamping, to achieve quality products.7. Accumulator die head: Adopt special steel nitrated for PC in vertical FIFO structure, excellent in concentricity.8. Pneumatic system: with twin-filter system and pressure adjustable air system ensure the whole air cycle clear and pressure steady. SMC non-maintain valve make longer service life.
