Oil stone superfinishing machine
Superfinishing machining uses lower pressure to push oilstones and lay on the turning workpieces for creating a face-contacting state; meanwhile the oilstone is vibrating in axial direction in high frequency. The main features are as follows:
It can extremely improve the roughness of workpiece (commonly, Ra 0.025μm is available).
No abnormal change of Surface structure occurs because machining is done under low pressure.
After superfinishing,the accuracy of workpiece is improved; Forming librication oil pellide easy and librication qualification long service life and high loading capacity are available. Therefore, it is the laboursaving and high efficiency machining method compared with others.
