The equipment consists of main housing assembly, stand-height adjusting arrangement, main drive, main motor, stand-changing device, hydraulic system, electrical system. The main housing is height-adjustable meeting different billet sizes while keeping the same rolling center line. Stand changing device can realize quick changing of roll stands within 5 min. High precision and quality pipes can be produced by this equipment.
