Product Line For Thermal Break aluminium  Profiles is newly developed by our company as a Two-Steps Method product line for wrought aluminium alloy extruded thermal barrier profiles, which has overcome the defects of the original Three-Steps Method by greatly increasing the efficiency, saving energy and reducing consumption, and the output of a single line is almost doubled.

Main Features:

1.The processes of teeth making and strip insertion are finished in one step in the same machine. The whole equipment consists of two teeth makers and strip insertion machines to realize the combination of two groups of aluminum profiles.

2.The special designed roller of the roller machine ensures the reliable combination of two groups of aluminum profiles;

3. Using the most precise sensor for accurate testing;
