Product Line For Thermal Break Profiles

Its newly developed by our company as a Two-Steps Method product line for aluminium alloy extruded thermal barrier profiles, which has overcome the disadvantages of the original Three-Steps Method by greatly increasing the efficiency, saving energy and reducing consumption, and the output of a single line is almost doubled.

The whole product line consists of two gulleting machines, one roller press, one tester and a certain number of auxiliary racks.

Main Features:

u     The processes of gulleting and strip-inserting are finished in one step in the same machine. The whole equipment consists of two gulleting machines to realize the combination of two groups of aluminum profiles.
