Function and Use
CNC plane drilling & cutting machine type SKZG-A is a kind of CNC plane drilling machine. It is wide in drilling, high in efficiency, easy in operation, high in machining accuracy, stable in performance and high in automation.
The mode of programming is pithy and clear, international G code and European standard ESSE code programming may be selected respectively.

II. Basic Devices of the Machine
1The complete structure
Gantry structure: Consists of beam (axis Y) and clamping device.
The workpiece to be machined is fixed on the device, the device is driven by step-by-step motor, and the CNC accurate positioning drilling is carried out on the workpiece with the transmission of step-by-step motor coupling with leading screw.
The spindle box of the drilling machine is low in noise, high in driving accuracy, reliable in driving performance and long in service life. The feeding for the spindle of drilling head is adopted with step-by-step motor gradeless feeding mode, and the operation is smooth and reliable.
Pneumatic clamping is used for workpiece clamping.
Two hydraulic cylinders and one hydraulic station (used for device clamping) are available.
