50*400 Manual Tapering Machine,Tube Reducing Machine

We are a professional manufacturer of swaging machine since 1999, this is the second generation type. 

1.Tube Material: iron, (stainless) steel, aluminum, copper etc.

2.Round tubes can be formed as tapered tubes by this machine, these tubes are used widely in furniture, lighting etc.

3.Can choose semi-automatic control or manual control.

4.Moulds(4 dies) can be customized by customer, as we make moulds as well, the moulds will match the machine perfectly, and also replacing mould is easy.

5.With portable foot switch, the machine can be run in automatic, emergency stop, and resume with high safety control.

6.Max diameter: 50mm, max length: 400mm.

Note: In our ZG series, the range of tube diameter can be choosen from 38mm-125mm.
