Horizontal Metal Band Sawing Machineh-4030
H series is the company's own design and development of a new generation of band sawing machine.H4030 for small and medium cutting diameter ≤ 300 Billet.Can cut variety of hard and soft ferrous metal and non-ferrous materials.Hydraulic lift, stepless speed control, self-set range, easy to achieve optimum sawing conditions.Hydraulic clamping, convenient operation,Saw blade using the tungsten steel bearings and adjustable-oriented, to ensure the accuracy of sawing and extend the blades' service life.
Main features of the machine:
1.High-strength belt wheels are subjected to precision balance calibration, featuring stable running and small vibretion
2.Accurately processed drive wormwheel boxes have long service life and run in low noise
3.Optimized cutting conditions can be set by using equilibrium-type hydraulic cylinders and precision adjusting valves to ensure saw blade service life.
4. Closed oil tanks ensure stable cutting, and drawer-type structure conveniences maintenance.
5. Powered steel brush can clean chips more thoroughly and prolong saw blade service life. 6.The hydraulic system stops atomatically in cutting process .
