Concept
Under the reaction of the compressed air, the spraying gun sprays the melting zinc in the fog-shape to the surface of the casting pipe. The zinc sprayed layer at the external surface of the casting pipe can increase anti-corrosion and corrosion protective properties of the external surface of the ductile iron pipes and the serviceable life .

The composition of the equipment
This group includes retaining mechanism, centering machine, pipe kicker, conveying chain, synchronous lifter, zinc spraying machine, hydraulic system and electrical control system etc.
Operating procedure
1 Pipes come in through non-drive rail.
2 Pipes come into centering station by pipe stopper.
3 Start the centering machine to centering pipes.
4 After centering, take the pipe to zinc spraying station by starting stepping beam.
5 Start the sychro lifter cylinder to uplift the pipe to the center of end-pushing mechanism, and then start the end-push cylinder to clip the pipe tightly.
6 Start spinning motor to rotate pipe.
7 Start walking motor of zinc spraying bogie to move the bogie and start zinc spraying.
8 Shut off the spraying gun after finishing spraying.
9 Stop the rotating motor as well as the trolley motor and brake the trolley quickly.
10 Start the synchro lifting motor and withdraw the end-pushing cylinder.
11 Start lifter cylinder to low the pipe and one zinc-spraying process is finished.
