UG series optical line tracing cutting machine is a kind of high efficiency auto cutting equipment. This machine has the advantage of easy operation, easy installation, simple maintenance and good guiding. Optical eye is LINATROL optical control and drive. All kinds of complex graphics to be traced by photo electricity can achieve 1:1 cutting. The optical machine is very suitable for scrap material cutting and small lots of complex graphics cutting. Use the HL-93 tracing system, with functions of auto-exploring, speed control and kerfs adjustment. Tracing and exploring the trace of graphics automatically, cutting any kind of complex graphic of plate.
Kerfs compensation can adjust the kerfs width within ±3mm.Thus the machine can automatically adjust the width of kerfs according to the kerfs of the different work pieces.
The machine has the auto-induct device. Only pushing the start button, the machine can follow the pre-set direction and move. After meet with the line of the graphic, optical tracing device will trace the line of the graphic automatically.
