1. Main technicial data:
a. Material: aluminium or steel; thickness: 0.7mm to 1.2mm
b. Feeding width:1250mm; taper sheet: minimum width is 300mm, maximum width is 800mm
c. Drive power: 2.2KW*2
d. Control system: Touch sreen and PLC SERVO control
2. Quality requirment:
1), All of rollers surface should be painted with hard chrome
2), The surface of formed sheet should flat and straight without scratch
3), The formed sheet should accord with GB/T 12755-2008
3.Terms of payment:
1), 30% deposit is required by T/T within ten-business days from the contract signing date
2), 70% is required by T/T prior to shipment of equipment
4.Test material:
1), It is the responsibility of the client to furnish sufficient testing panel to china for test at lease 15 days
prior to shipment of equipmeny.
2), All costs relating to the local transport, customs clearance and local taxes for the sapmle material will be
paid by the customers.
5.Service after sell:
1), In correct peration & maintaining,the machine is guaranteed for one year since leaving our factory
excluding the electric elements.
2), If necessary,MWIN company will dispatch a technician to the factory abroad to install & regulate the
machine with USD 50/day. the buyer should assist MWIN to get the chinese technician's visa and should
pay for the air arround ticket and the local accommodation.
