YTD 27 series are Single Action Hydraulic Stamping Presses, YTD 28 series are Double Action Hydraulic Drawing Presses. This series of press machines is specially designed for midium/small-tonage thin metal sheet drawing, stamping and forming. Our machines have been widely used to produce varing products for industries such as, aviation, automobile, tractor, motorcycle, heavy machine, instrument meter, chemical, kitchen ware, home appliances.
The blankholder mechanism is combined type, facilitating changeover, making the machine not only suitable for deep drawing process, but also function as a universal press machine. This machine is widely used in plastic and powder products, as well as punching, bending, edge folding, press-fit process for metal pressing works, and also press-fit.
The machine can work in adjustment, manual and auto single-cycle modes. The working pressure and stroke can be adjusted with designed range. High unloaded moving speed and adjustable pressing speed within a reasonable range.

The machine is equipped with oil cooling system, oil temperature is effectively controlled to make sure the normal function.
The electric control system is programmable controller, indicators are also designed monitor malfunctions.
