Feature of this machine
1.Taiwan precision main spindle, driven by large power servo motor through two-step gear reducer from Germany ZF and synchronous belt. Can realize high torque processing on various steel ,cast iron and non-ferrous metal work piece.
2.Single head which can realize milling boring and tapping on 5 planes of the work piece
3.The machine is composed of work table , crossbeam, column, vertical ram (spindle box), hydraulic unit, circular cooling system, helix chip conveyor, auto lubrication system and NC electrical system etc.
4.The work table is movable and crossbeam and column are fixed, this structure form will greatly increase the precision and strength of this machine. The work table, cross beam ,column and vertical ram are all cast iron made, all these parts have artificial aging to remove stress, this will ensure the high performance of this machine.
5.This machine adopts SIEMENS CNC system, making the operation easy and convenient.Servo motor power 22KW
