If u need round glass, you should adjust the knives to right radius size, the machine would continuously cut qualified production.
If u need abnormal shape glass, you should install templates on the knives, the machine would continuously cut qualified production.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
1) One worker can operate two machines; the max cutting speed is 50pcs/min.
2) Accuracy ≤±0.10mm, thickness is 1-8 mm
3) The machine is controlled by stepper motor and imported PLC. Parameters are inputted through touch screen. So, it is easy to operate.
4) The machine can be apply to produce glasses of light-fixtures, clocks, furniture, daily necessities, cosmetic mirrors, goggles, rearview mirror and crafts gifts.
