1. Technical Parameters and Workshop Requirements
1.1 Power Supply: 380Vac, 3 Phases, 50Hz, with 20KW capacity
1.2 Bridge Crane: 3.0 tonnes capacity, or 2 sets of Forklift with 3.0 tonnes lifting capacity.
1.3 Production Speed Range: 0.5~20 meters one minute, variable.
1.1 Materials being suitable for processing: color coated steel coil or Aluminium coil, thickness: 0.30~1.0mm, width: 1400mm;
1.2 Finish Product Size: 1400mm width Maximum, 3000mm length Maximum. Standard size: 1219*2438mm;
1.3 Double Embossed Patterns: According to user's samples.
1.4 The area of production line: 3.0(width)*18(Length) square meters.
2. the Main Embossing Machine
2.1 Roller Material: superior Alloy steel (China code 42CrMo) forged parts, Status: quenching + tempering at high temperature, middle frequency current quenching, surface hardness: HRC55~58;
2.2 Roller Size: Ø430*1500, 4 pcs, 2 pairs;
2.3 Main Motor: 11KW adjustable frequency motor, frequency converter, cycloid-pinwheel reducer;
2.4 Installation Bearing: 8 sets;
2.5 The production speed: 0.5~30 meters one minute, adjustable freely;
2.6 The Method of Controlling the Depth of Embossing Pattern: Screw reducer controlling accurately;
3.0 Uncoiler, one set. Hydraulic over hang type with expansive mandrel core, feeding car and rails.
3.1 Controlling tension through magnetic powder brader, centering device with handle leading screw.
3.2 the outer diameter of expansion core: Ø500mm, over hang type support.
4.0 Towing device after embossing processing, levelling, cutting and stack system: being suitable for finish products.
5.0 the accuracy of all parts, componets and assembles will be suitable with China standard GB1800-79.
5.0 the whole machine consists of the uncoiler, the main embossing machine, towing device, levelling, cutting and stack system. After the assemble and adjustment, the embossed pattern should be uniformed and accordable.
6.0 Warranty Period: one year.
