Skin pass is widely equipped in the modernized wide-strip hot-dip galvanizing line.It can improve flatness of the sheet,uniform and refine the silvery white spangle through pressing zinc grain on surface of the sheet ,which increases the adhesion to other coatings ,and improve mechanism performance of the galvanizer strip,weakening its yield point elongation to prevent forming slip line during stretching or deep punching.
