JZ Slitting line / Slitting Machine
Our slitting machine is the slitting equipment designed for plate uncoiling, leveling, slitting and rewinding. Except manual punching, all other processes of the production line are under PLC control, realizing a high level of automation.
Main Components
It is mainly comprised of loading and unloading cars, hydraulic uncoiler, straight head feeding machine, corrective mechanism, leveling traction machine, shearing machine, slitter, scrap winder, material separator, tensioner, material pressing device, hydraulic system, and electrical system.
We can design them as per customers' requirements in terms of panel shape, specifications and configuration.
