Application:
Y81 series hydraulic scrap baling presses are widely used for steel recoverying and processing industries,and black metal smelt industries.It can press the leftover of all kinds of metal materials:including steel shavings,steel scraps,aluminum scraps,copper scraps,and stainless steel scraps,with qualified shapes of cube,octagon,and cylinder.To reduce the costs of transportion and smelting,increase casting speed.
Characteristics:
1) Hydraulic driven with alternatives of manual or PLC control.
2) Side-push out type is used for bag coming out.
3) No footing bolts needed during installation:use diesel engine when electric power is unavailable.
4) There are eight grades of baling force form 63 to 400 metric tons.
5) Adopt high quality oil cylinders,prolong the lifetime of machine.
