Four cylinder high speed chain assembly machine. Assemble the chain by oriented the hole of chain plates.
1. Four cylinder machine is more stable than two cylinder machine.
2. The assembled chain is flexible, without dead link.
3. Adjust 14 OMRON switch and Mitsubishi PLC programmable regulator. Every process is in good control.
4. The machine will be automatic stop if fault happened and shortage of chain parts. Meanwhile, the trouble lamp on the distribution cabinet will lighted.
5. The chain length is counted by machine. You can adjust it easily.
