1. Product History & Features

        Our R&D work on GG Series All-Metal Wire Cable Vibration Isolator started in year 1983. In 1990, the product was listed as one of top national R&D achievements.         On top of the R&D work, we also took the leadership in making several military standard for electronic and marine industry, i.e., The General Specifications For All-Metal Wire Cable Vibration Isolator (SJ20593-96) and Specification For  Wire-Cable Vibration Isolator Of Ships (GJB6412-2008),Which was published on 1st Octoboer.2008.        This product can maintain good vibration isolation performance under maximum safe shock (including earthquake). It can work in all kinds of adverse working environment classified by national as well as international military standard. It comes with long life span and can adapt to displacement in all dimensions. Various installation methods can be adopted.        Loading capacity of this series is 0.1-3000kg, and there are more than 120 standard models in this series. We are also capable of doing non-standard design according to specific technical requirement(s) given by customer.

3. Product Performance

        This product can maintain good vibration isolation performance under maximum safe shock. It can work in all kinds of adverse working environment defined by national as well as international military standard. 1,The product comes with softened non-linear stiffness, maximum dynamic displacement is over 70% of the valid space of isolator, dynamic stiffness decreases with the growth of displacement. 2,The product comes with dry friction non-linear damp, and the magnifying factor under standard external input is less than 3. 3,The product can adapt to diverse environment, such as extreme temperature, salty frog, mycosis, humidity, ozone, grease, sunshine, nuclear radiation, dust and erosion of organic solvent. 4,Working temperature: -75°C-+175°C, up-limit: +370°C.    This product comes with long life span. It can adapt to displacement in all dimensions. There are many models that can serve various purposes and be easily installed. 1,It can afford elastic displacement in any dimension, which serves the purpose of multi-directional vibration isolation. 2,Installation option: base mounting, crosswise or lengthways side suspension, 45°mounting, top suspension. 3,Life span: same as supported device. 4,Standard loading capacity:0.1-3000 kg, special design is also possible.
