Forging Workshop
Responsible for raw materials forging and forming. Mainly equipments are: Electro
Hydraulic Hammers (1ton, 5 tons), Hydraulic Pressing Machines (8000MT, 3200MT,
2500MT, 1600MT etc..) and 12 sets Heating Furnaces
Heat Treatment Workshop
Responsible for heat treatment of various machine parts. Main equipments are:
Well-type Furnace 5 sets, Trolley Furnace 1set. The biggest furnace is 3.5m in
diameter, 5m in deep and can deal with 1300°C.
Mechanical Processing Workshop
Responsible for all types of small medium and large spare parts mechanical
processing like lathing, milling, drilling, line cutting etc Zongxue has all together
70 sets of metal cutting machines, including Horizontal Lathe 32 sets (30 sets are normal type and the other 2 sets arenumerical control type, the biggest turning diameter is 2m).
Vertical Lathe17 sets, the biggest turing diameter is 5m.
Drilling Machine7 sets, including 1 deep hole drilling machine with 5m drilling lenth and 400mm drilling diameter.
