Application

TH-890 CEMS is a continuous emission monitoring system developed in accordance with Specifications and Test Procedures for Continuous Emission Monitoring System of Flue Gas Emitted from Stationary Sources (HJ/T76-2007), Technical Standards for Continuous Emission Monitoring System of Flue Gas Emitted from Stationary Sources (HJ/T75-2007), and Technical Standards for Data Exchange of Environmental Pollution Emission Auto Monitoring Information (HJ/T352-2007) issued by Ministry of Environmental Protection of the PRC. TH-890 system is used for continuous monitoring and data transmission of emission concentration and total emission amount of pollutants from atmospheric pollution source, with advanced and reliable non-dispersive infrared measurement technology, photoelectric measurement technology, and computer networks and communication technology.

        TH-890 CEMS consists of a stack gas monitoring system, a stack smoke monitoring system, a data acquisition and processing device. It is used for continuous monitoring of smoke, SO2, NOx and other pollutants in the stack gas from industrial boilers, industrial furnaces, and power plant boilers and other pollution sources, providing temperature, humidity, pressure, flow, oxygen level and other parameters. TH-890 completes the data acquisition and processing automatically and transmits the data to the monitoring center and environmental management department via networks of monitoring pollution sources.

Main Functions

1. Pollutants concentration measurement

1.1 Adopting NDIR to measure SO2 and NOx in the flue gas.

1.2 Adopting Opacity Method or Light Scattering Method to measure the solid pollutants concentration in the flue gas.

 

2. Flue Gas Parameters Measurement 

2.1 Adopting electrochemistry method, zirconia method, paramagnetic oxygen to measure oxygen content

2.2 Adopting pitot tube and differential pressure transmitter to measure flue gas velocity.

2.3   Adopting pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter and humidity transmitter to measure flue pressure, temperature and moisture content.

 

3. Data acquisition and processing 

 3.1 Adopting industrial integration workstation and Advantech ADAM5510M series distributed data acquisition module which realizing data acquisition and processing.

3.2  Display flue gas emission concentration, convert emitting concentration, emission and oxygen content, flow velocity, temperature, pressure and moisture content in real-time.

3.3 Storing original data of more than five years and data which is calculated twice

3.4 Measuring data and parameters can generate data report and parameter report.

3.5 Diagnosis instrument state and display state mark and record fault.

3.6 With a secondary operation management right and safety management.

3.7 With function of abnormal situation automatically recovery

3.8 With function of history data inquiry and display the collecting data in the forms of daily report, monthly report, yearly report and curve graph.

3.9 Getting a cumulative average in every 10s/ displaying and printing 1min,15min measuring data/ generating daily reports, monthly reports, quarterly reports, annually reports/ displaying maximum values, minimum values and average values.
