1 Description:
ZCT100L-SP digital electronic level ruler uses multi-dimensional force sensing technology.Based on the module of ZCT100N-SP, it is a newly-developed angle measuring level with liquid crystal display and laser switch. MCU makes linear processing and make sure the measuring accuracy and stable output in the total range. About housing color, we accept customize service( orange and aluminum color).
2 Application:
It is widely used in road works, mechanical measurement, construction, industrial platform,oil exploration, mapping, ship, and many inclinations under gravity reference system or measurement related horizontal fields.

4 Buttons :
1. On/off:Button of power on and off.
2. Mode button: angle/ slope switch ,push to change the display units,Degrees(º),Slope(%),Pitch(IN/FT).
In angle display condition, press the button , it comes into slope condition and display‘%’. In slope display condition,press the button, it transfers to proportional display of inch and foot,and display ‘IN/FT’. Press the button again, it returns to angle display.
3. Sound on and off button:
In the condition of suggestive sound off, press the button, suggestive sound is on and a sign of sound will be found in the display. In the condition of suggestive sound on, press the button, suggestive sound is off and the sign of sound will be disappeared.Beeper will sound at level and plumb.
4. Calibration button:
The button is used to correct the horizontal position of the device. About the operating method, you can refer to ‘Testing and calibration’.
5. Holding button:
In the condition of angle measurement, the display of the angle changes with the variety of the tilt. If you press the button, it will come into holding state and record the current angle. The display of the angle will not change with the variety of the tilt. If you press the button again, the holding state is canceled and the display changes with the variety of the tilt.
6. Holding button+Zero calibration button(used for factory to calibrate, users is not allowed)
1) In the condition of angle measurement, press holding button and keep on, at the same time, press
once the zero calibration button. The LCD displayer will display:CAL1, with sound of the buzzer. After 1 second, the sound is disappeared and the displayer diaplays 0.0°.e
2) Rotate the ruler in counterclockwise 90°, press the button as step 1).The LCD displayer will
display:CAL2, with sound of the buzzer. After 1 second, the sound is disappeared and the displayer diaplays 90.0°.
3) Continue to rotate the ruler in counterclockwise 90°, press the button as step 1).The LCD displayer
will display:CAL3, with sound of the buzzer. After 1 second, the sound is disappeared and the displayer diaplays 0.0°.
4) Continue to rotate the ruler in counterclockwise 90°, press the button as step 1).The LCD displayer
will display:CAL4, with sound of the buzzer. After 1 second, the calibration is finished.
Notes: you must do the sixth step: Testing and calibration’after factory calibration.
