1. Brief introduction
Inflation case is pneumatic homogenizing device of cement industry for feeding and mixing powder materials applied to all forms of raw material silo, storing silo and mixed homogenizing silo with rectangular shape, right angle trapezoid, isosceles trapezoid and other special form. It is characterized with simple structure, reliable performance, no noise, easy maintenance, homogeneous mixing and so on, widely used in the cement industry. It is indispensable equipment for cement and raw material storing and mixing production.
2. Technical performance
Mixing material : dry powder material, allowing surface water content:1%;
Ventilated performance :3m3/m2·min;
Wind pressure :4 kg/cm2;
Ventilated layer resistance :1200Pa;
Ventilated material: synthetic polyester mixed ventilated layer.
3. Arrangement, shape and installation:
Arranging aerating box in the silo, in principle, requires the ratio of actual arrangement area among the total area as big as possible, and it is most important for the mixing silo and the central area of mixing even silo (mixing area). Now offer A, B, C, D, E, F six basic forms for selection.
A and B type (see drawing 1, drawing 2) applies to the cement or raw materials mixing even silo under Φ12 m. Annular zone aerating silo is installed inclining to the centre; the central area aerating silo is installed by level.
C type (see drawing 3) applies to the cement or raw materials mixing even silo up Φ12 m. Annular zone aerating silo is installed inclining to the centre; the central area aerating silo is installed by level.
D type (see drawing 4) applies to serious kinds of cement or raw materials mixing even silo. Annular zone aerating silo is installed inclining to the centre; the central area aerating silo is installed by level, but the central area is small.
E type (see drawing 5) applies to serious kinds of cement or raw materials mixing even silo. Annular zone aerating silo is installed inclining to the centre; the central area aerating silo is installed by level.
F type (see drawing 6) applies to serious kinds of cement or raw materials mixing even silo. All the aerating silos are installed by level.
Each of the six basic arrangements has its own advantages and disadvantages and the applying scope, so designing and using departments can select according to the actual situation. The district number of the aerating silo can be according to the actual situation, but must be consistent with four, six, eight, twelve district requirements.
