  LMH Erzgebirge* Dumbwaiter elevator is a microcomputer controlled advanced vertical lift system, manufactured with the advanced German lift design ideas and adopts the imported control system with frequency inverter, automatic door operation system (option) and shaft sensor system, along with quality advanced lift control elevator technology. The lifts are constructed solid, durable and provide a stability and reliability for on/off loading. All our elevators are manufactured using the standard EN81-1:1998. Our perfect performance record has put our products in a high demand in the European market.

LMH Erzgebirge Dumbwaiter Lift solutions have six standard models to choose from plus many convenience options and are manufactured especially for retirement communities, hotels, hospitals, banquet halls, general purpose service elevator or multi level warehouse etc. Multiple design options enhance the easy handling of merchandise to transfer vertically.

LMH Erzgebirge Dumbwaiter Lift systems operate by a  microcomputer controlled geared traction machine and use the new generation of frequency inverter with vector control to provide a stable transfer by regulating the acceleration / deceleration, which reduces the need for maintenance on equipment, and extends the life time of the system. Double panel up-sliding doors

The standard function of this dumbwaiter includes loading front and rear doors, which has the advantage that no external space needs to be provided. This overhead drive control system eliminates additional construction of a pit. Manufactured with double aluminum alloy door rails and fireproofed door rollers.

Powered bi-parting door

The automatic Powered bi-parting door feature with service landing monitoring system is a proficient time saver during the busiest procedure. The automatic cam and automatic door operator is patented technology providing a safe, smooth, operation of the dumbwaiter. The light curtain safety protection device creates a safe lift operation with continuous high efficiency and error control.

Bi-parting door

The  bi-parting door provides easy accessibility of the  dumbwaiter for serving height. The door rails , slippers and door stiffeners are high quality aluminum alloy built for durability. For protection the door cables are hidden in the door rails. The door interlock is easily adjustable for a safe and perfect installation. The door roller and cable pulley are manufactured sturdy with monolithic construction.

Key Functions Introduction

Floor display:

Digital display of landing floor number

Open and close state display

Landing notice:

Buzzer will ring when the lift reaches the appointed floor

Main landing is equipped with key switch board in order to power on or off the lift control circuit

Calling:

Press the call button, the number or the door called will be lighted and keeps shining until the lift landing

Retiring cam function (option):

Retiring cam is key part to realize interlock .It stops the landing door from opening while the lift is moving, which enhances the safety and efficiency

Interlock function (option):

Mechanical and electronic integration provide multiple protection.

With contact to inspect the upper and the lower door open or close and the meshing condition of the door lock. Lock and contact are designed as a whole. The contact will not be closed unless the lock meshes more than 5mm

The contact is not cut off availability when the relay has been lost electricity, the dumbwaiter will be stopped
