The technology of this rapid load out station has been proven to be mature, reliable and advanced.
1. The loading capacity is nominal of 4000 tons /hour with maximum 600tons/hour and the annual loading capacity is higher than 12 million tons/year.
2. it can adapt to high train speed from 0.8 to 2km/h.
3. It is suitable for the loading of various types of bulk cargoes such as coal, ore and ect.
4. The loading of one railway wagon is no more than 40 seconds
5. The measurement precision is high: Four Ramsey9340 load cells with the high precision of 0.001% are used for the loading stations. With the nominal capacity of 56 tons, each load cell is equipped with automatic temperature compensation and automatic linear alignment functions as well as the state-of-the-art MT2200 secondary instrument. The load cells are inspected and calibrated on regular basis with standard test weight so that the precision of the wagon loading can reach 0.1% and the precision of the train loading can be ±0.05%.
6 Wagon number + wagon position identification system. The electronic eye is used to identify the wagon type, sequence, headstock, tailstock and wagon position. The loading wagon database is established for automatic continuous loading via micro-computer control, monitoring and protection. When the wagon specifications of the train are the same, the automatic loading will be conducted with the printing of the loading report. For the train with wagons of different specifications, semi- automatic loading can be implemented with easy operation and strong adaptability. The repeated quantitative loading of one wagon can be realized too. (The automatic loading for different types of wagons can be carried out under certain conditions.)
7. The accident wagon handling function is available. When a wagon has accident during the loading operation, the system can skip this wagon without affecting the loading sequence.
8. The service life is long. The service life of the steel structure itself is more than 50 years, the service life of the hydraulic system is more than 10 years, and the service life of the loading mechanic equipment is more than 10 years. The warranty period of the entire system is 1 year, and warranty period of the load cells is 3 years. The warranty period of the pumps, valves, oil cylinders, PLC and gates is 2 years. The service life of the load cells is 10 years.
