Application:      Permanent-Magnetic Lifter Series YX is made of high-energy magnetic material adopting scientific magnet circuit theory featuring huge attraction force, compact, light dead-weight and convenient and safe for operation.      It is an ideal energy-economizing lifer and is more convenient than the electromagnet lifter to transfer the normal temperature steel plates in ship-making industry, engineering mechanical industry, automobile industry and so on.         Series YX3 is used for manually handling large, irregular and heavy-forging steel plates and casting blanks. The design of magnetic road and unloading structure are unique. It can control the switch state of the crane's magnetic road by controlling the up and down of the main hook, and also by electrical mode.

General Description of Permanent-magnet Lifter

Introduction

 Permanent-magnet Lifter consists of two parts: permanent-magnetic chuck and discharge device. The permanent magnetic body produces magnetic line of force to the attracted materials by passing the magnetic conductive board to form a closed path, which can achieve the purpose of attracting magnetic materials. The product has adopted high performance magnetic material. It has features of large attraction, small volume, light dead-weight, highly-energy-saving, long service life, safe and reliable operation. It is applied in mechanism, metallurgy, shipbuilding, wagon works, dock, stock ground and so on, which need to transport billet, steel plate, round steel with good permeance below 80°C. Both it can be operated by single unit and by combination of several units.  Our company’s permanent-magnet lifter according to the discharge way has divided into two kinds: conventional carrier rod discharge and exchange magnetic circuit discharge. It has following series: YCD1 series manual permanent-magnet lifter: manually rotate to transform the magnetic circuit to achieve the attracting and discharging action. It is usually lifting and transporting small-shape plate. YCD2 series automatic permanent-magnet lifter: adopt ratchet wheel to rotate and transform the magnetic circuit and achieves the attracting and discharging action automatically. It can be operated by combination of several units and also by single unit. YX2 series: adopt the structure of ratchet wheel type/carrier rod type, and achieves the attracting and discharging action automatically. It is usually used for lifting and transporting short and thick steel plates. YX3 series: adopt the structure of pry bar with bolt type/carrier rod type. It needs manually insert and pullout the bolt to achieve the attracting and discharging action. It is usually used for lifting and transporting long and thin steel plates with combination of several units, in order to ensure synchronism well. and also can use single unit to lift and transport.
