Our company developed and innovated successfully the complete production system for biomass pelletizing, which using wood chips and straw as main raw material. The production system can adapt different varieties of biomass material that was pretreated, thus various kinds of barks and branches of trees and also parings of wood etc. can all be palletized to be pellet fuel. The pelletized pellet fuel has such advantages as shining smooth surface, high density, uniform length and crackless surface, and all of the technical parameters match the international standard.
The complete system for biomass solidifying and pelletizing supplied by Jiangsu Liangyou mainly composed of sequences of material cleaning, drying, grinding, pelletizing, cooling, dust filtering and packing. The production system enjoys advantages of high automatization, reasonable technics, stable performance, easy operation and wide applicability etc. In addition, it possesses the functions of overload protection, de-ironing and interlocking etc., which can be widely used in pelletization of other biomass such as wood chips and straw, as well as trash. The diameter of the pellets vary from 6 to 8mm (customizing is available). We can provide the complete production lines with production capacity ranging from 0.1 to 2.5t/h.
