The oil heating system make heating temperature stable. 3. All of pressure imposition is pneumatic. 4. Separate control for four complex of tension. Japanese Mitsubishi inspection and control product is selected, which assure good quality of film. 5. Compressed refrigerating and cooling system assure stable forming and stamping of film. 6. Film separation while stopping of machine, which is good for interrupted duty and engineering experiment. 7. Single-end entry and exit of hot oil, which assures no leakage while operating. 8. Vapor pressure type oil drainage, separation of hand-rotated sealing position, equipped with vertical gib arm, which assures quick dismantling and changing of revision roll. 9. Artificially intelligent temperature control. 10. Fujitsu speed control by frequency variation, non-touch heat control component. 11. Movable cooling used for adjusting film imprint. |
