Automatic glue kitchen is the professional combination equipment of automatic control technology &. glue processing procedure.
Main characters:
1. Main Motor adopt sawing blade with power and speed of 22kw,1500r/min,and synchronized with traditional propelling agitator. Main Vessel is made of stainless steel. Its Volume:2000L.
2. This machine is devised with two sets Weigh Sensor System, (which include six Sensors). All feedings will be finished through Meter and controlled by PLC.
3. This System has Timer, you can control the time of shearing and agitating by PLC.
4. This machine has Borax Tank and Propeller,. The Borax Tank is a tank with model 950×580×650 and volume 245L.The outline of Propeller is helix, this can help Borax to be well-distributed when feeding.
5. Starch Tank is carbon steel Tank. It volume is 3.3m3. This tank is devised with 1 Feeding Sensor, 2 Vibrators and equipped with helix feeding system. So feeding can be done as warning.
6. This System has Temperature Sensor, you can program to control temperature by PLC , temperature will be displayed by Meter.
7. Every Adhesive tank has Sensor and Agitator.
8. Imported components(main Motor, Adhesive Delivery Pump, Pneumatic Valve, Electrical Element and so on) can keep running smoothly.
9. Main Parts(Main Tank and Pipe, Main Shaft, shearing, agitator and so on are all made of stainless, this can prolong their lifespan.
Specifications:
1. Adhesive can works well in penetration and can be kept steady, not stratify. High power and rotational speed make agitating fiercely, at the same time, sawing blade split the starch particles into pieces to improve binding strength. Besides, Agitating System has traditional Propeller to help agitating. This can improve stability of adhesive.
2. All system is controlled by program, which is devised and developed according to actual needs by ourselves, steady and reliable.
(1)Feed and measurement of material.
All feedings are set through program, controlled by PLC and can be measured precisely. The quality of production is very good as well.
(2)Temperature control.
The temperature of adhesive can be controlled by Temperature Sensor and Temperature Display to keep starch stable and can be easy-melted in the water.
(3)This machine is programmed to clean the tank automatically after Adhesive has been delivered.
(4)Adhesive flow is supervised by Sensor. If the flow is decreased, PLC will select adhesive making method automatically according to actuality.
(5)Time of shearing and agitating will be controlled by PLC.
3. Production rate of this machine can be up to 3200-3800kg per hour, compared to the traditional one, it can finish work in shorter time to meet high speed production line.
4. Imported diaphragm Pump can work efficiently.
5. The machine can be controlled by both manual and automatic mode.
