6. The system uses two-tone digital pressure sensor produced by Keyence, it can finish firstsecondary and tertiary laminate automatically based on different process requirements of battery units to control laminated pressure precisely.
7. Hot plate manufacture process: the system use weldless manufacture process to mould at a time, it is smooth highly, and plainness isnt greater than 0.1mm, heating distortion isnt in hidden danger because of leaking, which increases temperature evenness of the hot plate greatly.
8. Electronic guard rail: It is installed on host machine and output of the laminator. If any part of a person is nearly when the equipment is working, the equipment can alarm automatically to protect he against damage. The guard rail uses infra-ray LED as a light source, provides eight safety protection measures, and the angle error is within 0.5degree, the grade of protection accords with IEC standard.
9. Emergency uncapping system: If unexpected events take place when modules are being laminated, such as power failure, the emergency storage tank may be operated manually, and using air-actuated section to air-actuated upper cover and take the modules out.
10. Emergency stop system: If unexpected events take place during operating equipments, emergency stop button should be pushed down to protect personsequipment and treated modules.
11. Over temperature warming system: If the temperature of oil surpasses the warming limit, the system will cut off the heat power supply automatically and give an alarm.
